Program Highlights

The Annual Program Highlights reflect the achievements of ADD’s grantees: State Councils on Developmental Disabilities; Protection and Advocacy Systems; University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service; and Projects of National Significance.
